Beach Queen is the On-Line division of a leading UK swimwear and bikini company that has been established for over 20 years. All our swimwear is designed and manufactured with pride from tested quality fabrics. Until now our swimwear has only been available in selected outlets and in certain areas. We are a reputable company with a genuine address and phone number (not a Box No.) so you can be confident about any purchase you make over the internet with us. If you still have any doubts you can still order by PayPal, post or phone using a credit/debit card or by cheque. We regret however that our warehouse does not have facilities to deal with personal callers.

About this Site

We have created and maintain this site ourselves in order to make our online catalogue easy to use and straight forward to order. We have not tried to impress you with web design skills but we do hope you will be impressed with our swimwear designs, quality and service. All garments are in UK sizes - a conversion chart is in the information section.

Credit Card Security & US$ orders.

Every precaution has been taken to make your transaction secure. Our Internet store is built on a secure system which uses industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). If you want to pay by cheque simply print off the order page and send with your payment to: Beach Queen 1 Queens Road London N11 2QJ England. Orders paid by cheque will usually not be processed until the funds have been cleared.

US customers can view prices in US$. At the bottom of each product page you can change the site currency from UKŁ pounds to US$ dollars and then select size to view dollar price. Please note that due to currency exchange rates the amount charged to your card may vary slightly.

Availability and Returns

We make every effort to offer the colours and styles that appear on our web site. However, the colours may vary from the original picture to what you see on your monitor. Not every colour and size may be available at the time of ordering but as we are constantly replenishing stock please check back regularly. All our swimwear is in UK sizes so please make sure you are ordering the correct size.> Normally we will try and despatch your order within 24hrs (not including weekends and holidays) and deliver within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return it. We will promptly replace or refund your order as per your instructions. Some colours may fade in sunlight and others may be transparent when wet. Chlorine used in pools and sun tan lotions can also affect the fabric. These are not considered manufacturing faults so it is important to follow the advice on our ‘caring for you swimsuit’ page. This does not however affect your statutory rights. Merchandise to be exchanged or to be returned for credit to a credit card must be returned and received by us within 10 days. We recommend insured or receipted post to ensure delivery. In compliance with hygiene regulations, any unwanted items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition with ALL tickets and stickers still attached. All other returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you
